Requirements for you:

• Work experience of 2 years in the field of HR in catering establishments
• Fluent Ukrainian language, basic English will be a plus.
• Full cycle of recruiting and ability to work with mass recruitment.
• Skills in implementing onboarding and developing corporate culture.
• Ability to organize processes and work with a large volume tasks.
• Organization, communication, stress resistance.
• Attention to details and the ability to make quick decisions.

Your tasks:

• Development of a strategy for finding and closing vacancies.
• Audit of existing processes and development of the HR function
• Conducting regular surveys on employee satisfaction and its improvement
• Implementation and management of analytics
• Systemic analysis of the market and market trends, optimization of processes based on this
