What we expect from you as a candidate:
- Experience in implementing HR processes from scratch.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to assess competencies, describe job maps.

- High emotional intelligence, sociability and the desire for development and training.
- Proactivity and independence at work.
What will be the tasks:
- Controlling the adaptation of new employees and ensuring their successful introduction to the company
- Monitoring the level of satisfaction of current staff, analyzing the results and developing recommendations for improving the working environment
- Design and implement team development programs that includeassessment of competencies and support of continuous staff progress
- Development and support of an effective motivation system: both financial and non-material
- Description of job cards and roles, ensuring clear compliance of duties with company requirements

- Analysis of HR indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and implementation of improvements
- Search and recruitment of personnel (recruiting will consist of a small part of the work)
- Participation in projects that involve traveling to perform tasks in the field
