HR manager in VOVK

We are looking for a team-HR manager!

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of HR (recruiting) from the 1st year; 
• Knowledge of search channels, methods of selection and evaluation of candidates;
• Fluency in PC (MS Office, Excel); 
• Ability to work in multitasking mode; 
• Readiness for business trips;
• Activity and stress resistance. 

Responsibilities: 

• Development and implementation of personnel adaptation system; 
• Development and implementation of personnel evaluation system; 
• Compilation of employee development cards; 
• Control of new employees passing the trial period, reporting on the results obtained;
• Development and constant updating of functionally specialized trainings and control over their compliance and completion by each employee; 
• Formation of personnel reserve;
