HR manager

We are looking for a colleague in the team with the following professional qualifications:

• Experience in the selection of linear personnel from 2 years;
• Confident skills with basic HR processes: selection and adaptation of personnel;
• Possessing the necessary skills, methods and tools of personnel search, understanding of modern trends of search channels and personnel evaluations;
• Availability of professional education (courses, trainings), love for the profession;
• Experience in personnel adaptation (on/off-boarding), support, etc.
• Communicability, stress resistance; focus on the result; the ability to work with large amounts of information; attentiveness, punctuality.

Position duties:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment of personnel for company vacancies;
• Onboarding and adaptation of personnel, support in probationary period;
• Participation in staff evaluation and training projects. Implementation of HR projects in accordance with the development strategy of the HR department;
• Maintenance of corporate culture;
• Participation in the organization of corporate events;
• Development of corporate culture both internally and and outside;
