We are currently looking for a proactive HR Manager in our People Team in Kyiv:)
1+ years of experience in HR positions
- understanding and experience with basic HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, salary review)
experience in conducting 1-1 meetings and the ability to analyze the results
- good communication skills and the ability to negotiate- analytical and systemic thinking
- comfortable work with a large amount of data
- skills of planning and building logical processes
Responsibilities:
- support of existing HR processes and active involvement in the development and introduction of new ones
- consulting managers and helping to resolve issues with employees
- document flow support for employees, management of operational HR issues
- help in establishing the work of teams and interaction between units
- support of high-quality internal communication in the company
- work with ZOHO People
- connection to the search and hiring of employees in the company
Would be a plus:
- experience in recruiting
- experience with HRMS and ATS
