Your main duties:

• Search and recruitment: from recruiting to successful adaptation of new employees using English for foreign candidates.
• Managing HR processes: implement modern strategies for attracting, developing and retaining talent.
• Organization of newcomer adaptation: help new employees quickly integrate into the company and culture.
• Assessment and development of personnel: conduct evaluate employee performance and develop programs for their development.
• Supporting a positive microclimate: provide a friendly and productive atmosphere in the team.
