Experience:
We are looking for a professional with experience in recruiting and personnel management from 5 years, with a deep knowledge of modern methods competency assessments.

  • Salary: UAH 30 - 35,000, negotiable depending on experience (KPI in the implementation process).

Your duties:

  • Recruitment and adaptation of new employees.

  • Creating a mentoring system for beginners.

  • Management of personnel training and development.

  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of educational programs.

  • Development of career programs for employees.

  • Organization of motivational events and staff retention.

  • Development of programs for corporate events, team building and well-being.

  • Continuous updating of policies and procedures related to personnel management.

  • Implementation of programs for the development of corporate culture and company values.

Your role will initially be 80% recruiting focused (5-6 vacancies per month) and subsequently 90% of your time will be dedicated to HR functions and 10% recruiting.
The company has about 40 employees, has been on the market for 5 years. The HR manager is the only one in the company, reports to the head of the company.
