• Search and recruitment: creating vacancies, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates.

• Organization and control over employee performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Experience as an HR manager from 1 year.
• Education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in modern recruitment methods.
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and set priorities.
• Experience with HR systems will be an advantage.
