Company "7Team". Currently, due to staff expansion, we are looking for a responsible and experienced HR manager.
What you will do:
< p>- Selection and hiring of new employees;- Organization and conducting of interviews with candidates;
- Development and implementation of the company's HR policy;
- Organization of trainings and events for employees;
- Solving conflict situations and supporting effective communication in the team.
Necessary experience:
- Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and retention;
- Ability to work with stressful situations and resolve conflicts;
- High level of communication and ability to work in a team.
