We are currently looking for an ambitious and competent Human Resources Manager who will help build an effective organizational structure and develop the company's personnel potential.

Main duties:

        •       Construction of the company's organizational structure, formation and implementation of HR processes.
        •       Recruiting: search and selection of personnel at all levels of the company, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and adapting new employees.
Development and implementation of personnel development strategy.
        •       Implementation of the employee evaluation and motivation system.
        •       Organization and support of corporate culture.
        •       Keeping personnel records and monitoring the implementation of labor legislation.

Requirements for the candidate:

        •       Experience in a similar position of 2 years or more.
        •       Experience in building an organizational structure and implementing HR processes.
        •       Deep knowledge in the field of recruiting and personnel administration.
        •       Excellent communication and organizational skills.
        •       Ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions in conditions of multitasking.
        •       High level of responsibility, initiative.
