Eco company "Junimed Health & Organic" is looking for a HR manager .

Company Mission- the international trend of all developed countries: longevity, health and happy motherhood and childhood.

For 25 years, we have been the exclusive importers of certified organic Food categories / NonFood, products for breastfeeding and products for children from birth to 3 years old.

We have about 20 premium brands in our portfolio, leaders in their categories: Ecomill, Medela, Sonett, Urtekram, Jordan, etc. Our clients are national chains, HoReCa, children's, organic and online stores.

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
• Improving the organizational and staff structure in accordance to the company's tasks and the creation of key areas of responsibility for employees.
• Control and coordination of all HR business processes in the company.
• Management and improvement of HR functions: selection, adaptation, training and development, personnel evaluation, talent management.
• < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Self-closing of vacancies.
• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market and wages, management of the material and non-material motivation system for employees.
• Compilation of corporate regulations, development of normative and methodical documents.
• Promoting the HR brand and company image.
• Ensuring continuous development of corporate culture.
• Formation of the wage fund and expenses for HR functions of the company.
• Ensuring efficient operation of the internal systemcommunications.
