TOV BETEK invites an energetic and responsible HR Manager to work.

Main responsibilities' :

• Active search and involvement of people to collect blueberry berries on company plantations;
• Visits to settlements, organization of meetings and meetings with potential employees, presentation of the company and conveying information about working conditions, etc.;
• Formation of document packages for attracting employees and issuing passes;
• Formation of lists of employees, planning routes for transporting people to the workplace by buses;

• Monitoring and responding to the current situation with the provision of employees, constant communication with them.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• High communication and organizational skills;
• Politeness and tolerance in communication;
• Responsibility, punctuality;
• Ability to work with a basic set of office programs and e- mail on PC.
