We are looking for an HR manager in Odesa who will help us build and develop a team, company, MISSION!

- experience as an HR manager (not only a recruiter);
- ability to analyze and forecast business needs;
- creativity and proactivity;
- ability to work in multitasking mode and not lose your head;
- experience in building an HR brand will be a huge plus;
- confident command of the Ukrainian language.

Newcomer onboarding: immerse newcomers in our atmosphere and help them adapt quickly. Starting with the offer, a person should to feel part of the team.

Conducting HR analytics:understand key indicators, build, monitor in CPM and focus on them when implementing HR strategies. Yes, a bit routine, but how can you do without it?
Work with feedback: understand the pulse of the team, conduct regular surveys (eNPS, "360" , 1to1), analyze them and prescribe a development plan.
Supporting managers: helping them with motivation, training and development of employees.
