We are looking for an HR manager in Odesa who will help us build and develop a team, company, MISSION!

It's great if you match the following points:

  • experience as an HR manager (not only a recruiter);
  • ability to analyze and forecast business needs;
  • creativity and proactivity;
  • ability to work in multitasking mode and not lose your head;
  • experience in building an HR brand will be a huge plus;
  • confident command of the Ukrainian language.

Recruitment: in a team withrecruiterbe a talent hunter! Control the closing of vacancies in your segment.

Newcomer onboarding: immerse newcomers in our atmosphere and help them adapt quickly. Starting with the offer, a person should to feel part of the team.

Growth and development in satisfaction:   upon request, it is necessary to organize trainings, workshops and other activities for the growth of our team OR internal activities, team building and events, so that everyone is not only productive, but also fun.

Conducting HR analytics:understand key indicators, build, monitor in CPM and focus on them when implementing HR strategies. Yes, a bit routine, but how can you do without it?

Work with feedback: understand the pulse of the team, conduct regular surveys (eNPS, "360" , 1to1), analyze them and prescribe a development plan.

Supporting managers: helping them with motivation, training and development of employees.
