is looking for an HR team with work experience

Responsibilities:
Search , selection and evaluation of specialists of various levels;

Support and optimization of existing and development of new HR processes in the division;

Support in HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.) ;

Creation and implementation of training and development programs for specialists;

Conducting 1-to-1 with specialists;

Formation of personnel reserve.

p>Conducting surveys, creating reports, collecting data analytics;

Organizing and supporting other HR projects of the company.

Requirements:

Work experience from 1 year.  Developed communication skills.

Ability to multitask.

Working conditions:

Work schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.: 00 (Saturday and Sunday off);
