HR manager in BREYNSTOR

We are looking for an HR manager with knowledge of modern HR practices, responsible and focused, to join our friendly team we can consider without experience!
 

Responsibilities:
• Carrying out recruiting activities: posting vacancies, conducting interviews, selecting candidates;
• Organization and conducting introductory and adaptation training of new employees;
• Development and implementation of a system of motivation and stimulation of personnel;
• Support and updating personnel documentation;
• Advising employees on issues of labor legislation and internal regulations of the company. Requirements:
• Experience working as an HR manager will be an advantage but not mandatory
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
•  The ability to conduct interviews and evaluate the professional and personal qualities of candidates;
•  Excellent communication skills;
•  High efficiency and organization;
•  Willingness to work in a team and focus on results.

Conditions:
• Work schedule: 5\2 from 9:00 to 19:00,
• Salary: from UAH 30,000 (or by agreement),
• premium parts depending on the performance of tasks and work results.
