We are actively growing, so we are opening a new HR manager position in the company.
The position of HR manager promises exciting challenges in the field of recruitment and personnel management. A stable salary, official employment, a good team and comfortable working conditions guarantee development and satisfaction from the work process.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in HR from 2 years;
- Knowledge of the principles of personnel search, adaptation and attestation;
- Ability to conduct effective interviews;
- Experience in maintaining personnel documentation, including employment agreements, additional agreements, orders, etc. (mandatory);
- High responsibility and organization;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Confident PC user: Word, Excel, Power Point , Outlook,;
- Competent oral and written language;
- Knowledge of business etiquette;
Working conditions:
- Monday — Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (in the office);

Responsibilitiesinclude the entire recruitment cycle - from hunting and recruiting to the integration of new employees:
- Posting vacancies on job portals and social networks;
- Search and selection of candidates;
- Conducting telephone interviews, interviews;
- Maintaining contact with candidates at all stages of employment;
- Recruitment, dismissal, transfer of personnel;

- Maintenance of personnel documentation, including employment agreements, additional agreements, orders, etc.;
- Filling and accounting of labor books;
- Issue of certificates and characteristics from the place of work.

- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company rules.
