Our team is dynamically expanding and developing, so we are opening a vacancy HR-manager .
What will you do:
< p>The purpose of the position is timely staffing, monitoring and control of their professional level.Maintaining a favorable internal and external image of the Company as a reliable employer;
Evaluating and recommending leadership candidates;
Control of new employees passing the probationary period;
Managing the adaptation processes of each new employee;
Participation in programs for motivation, training and development, certification of the Company's personnel;
Management of rotation processes and internal personnel reserve;
Working with databases, analytics, statistics;
Reporting;
Participation in HR projects of the HR department.
What it takes:
Successful experience of closing a vakansiy of different levels;
Similar work experience is mandatory;
Experience in organizing and participating in the implementation of various personnel management projects;
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and work with objections;
Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn;
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Google doc, at the level of an experienced user.
