The Shchedryk Charitable Foundation is a non-governmental organization that carries out project-based operational activities in the interests of society or certain categories persons, provides material, financial, organizational, psychosocial and other types of assistance to people who need it.

Our team is constantly developing, and we are currently strengthening our team with an HR specialist who knows how to effectively manage personnel and implement HR processes.

What we offer:

• Full time, official employment;

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00, Sat, Sun - closed;

• Office in the city center;

What we want to see in a candidate:

• Higher (legal, personnel management, economic);

• 5 years of experience as a personnel manager;

• Knowledge of labor legislation;

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• Proficiency in English (not required, but an advantage);

• High level of communication and organizational skills.

What are the responsibilities:

• Personnel administration in full;

  
  

• Search and selection of personnel. Provision of personnel reserve, including internal.

• Development and Implementationjob instructions, Policies and Regulations in the HR part, kexecution control;

• Development and implementation of a system for managing work efficiency, motivation and personnel development;

• Development and implementationstrategies of personnel management, kexecution control;

• Control of compliance with labor discipline;

• Resolving conflict situations.
