HR Manager in Everstar

The Human Resources department is currently expanding, so we are looking for an HR Manager for the production team. normal; font-weight: 400">Required skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of HR 2+ years (experience with production will be an advantage);
• Real experience of organizing and implementing internal HR/Admin processes in the company;
• Basic knowledge of the basics of human resource management;
• Desire to introduce changes and manage them.

Future responsibilities:

• Creation, improvement and optimization of HR processes;
• Working with personnel department specialists;
• Organization of on-boarding and off-boarding;
• Participation in team performance evaluation;
• Team development and various activities, development of corporate culture;
• Participation in various HR projects.
