What will you do in Ukr Seven:
- Edit current orders for our personnel outsourcing services.
- Communicate with personnel and plan service delivery schedules at Partners' facilities.
- Organize advertising campaigns and other activities to attract employees to projects.
- Work with the employee base, receive incoming leads from candidates and work with them according to the script.
- Conduct working meetings at project sites to resolve operational issues, maintain Partner loyalty and implementation of plans to expand the scope of services.
- Analyze project information and study the market, conduct reporting and plan activities to achieve goals according to project tasks.
- And also... be creative... :) and also develop and implement the boldest ideas to improve the quality and financial indicators of your projects and your income.
What we expect from you:
- Ability to set goals and achieve them.
- High communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding the importance of Partner loyalty, the ability to acquire and maintain it.

- Experience of 1 year or more as HR Manager, Recruiter, Project Management Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Agent, etc. will be an advantage.
