Your duties:

• head creation and implementation of the recruiting process

• develop job descriptions and publish them on job sites and other relevant places

• conduct interviews, conduct interviews in the office or online

• employee support during promotion or change of position, dismissal

• successfully close current company vacancies (in a team with a recruiter)

• conduct regular analysis of the labor market

• carry out adaptation of employees, on-boarding and off-boarding, conducting Welcome-meetings, assistance in creating a planlevel of adaptation, coordination of one-to-one meetings, support of the stage of summing up the results of the trial period

• organization of corporate events (celebration of the company's birthday, birthday greetings, etc. corporate parties, etc.)

• Organization and management of internship programs for students, including coordination of educational processes and evaluation of results.

• Development and implementation of promotion strategies HR of the company brand.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in the field of recruiting (and even better HR) from 2 years: successful search, hiring and adaptation of personnel

• love for people, desire to learn and develop in the field of HR

• experience in organizing corporate events

• negotiation skills
