Responsibilities:

• Control over the search, selection and hiring of new employees;< /li>
• Adaptation of employees;
• Organization and conduct of interviews;
• Organization and conduct of introductory training for new employees;
• Organization of training, conducting personnel attestation
• Employer brand
• Support and development of corporate culture
• Formation of personnel reserve (internal/external)
• Updating and creating a motivation system in the company.
• Control over the maintenance of personnel documentation;
• Resolving conflict situations and issues with personnel.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at a conversational level (Intermediate)
• Ability to work in a team;
• High responsibility and organization;
• Communication and the ability to communicate with people;
• Desire to develop in the field of HR.
• 2 years of HR work experience
• Successful experience in creating an employer brand, a system of motivation and staff adaptation
