Functional duties:< /strong>

• search and selection of personnel in the assigned territory (Vinnytsia and Kirovohrad regions)
• work with job search sites, messengers and social networks to close the company's staffing plan.
• headhunting of competitors' personnel
• organization and support of the adaptation of new employees
• support and support of personnel on at all stages of the client or career path.
• participation in the formation of external personnel reserve for key positions
• participation in personnel evaluation, training projects and personnel development
• participation in the organization of events aimed at the formation of corporate culture
• formation of internal reporting

Our candidate has:

• higher education
• experience as a personnel manager from 1 years
• knowledge of modern personnel search methods
• knowledge of the package MS Office
• competent oral and written language (Ukrainian)
• be ready for business trips
• be open to training and development
