Your main functional duties:
- recruitment of personnel for the office and production (1-2 vacancies per month depending on the need );
- control over the probationary period of employees;
- improvement and implementation of business processes;
- implementation of the adaptation system;
- implementation and control systems of mentoring, training and development of personnel;
- creation of a personnel reserve;
- implementation of the motivation system;
- research and analysis of the labor market;
- maintain the company's corporate culture, develop the employer's internal brand;
- creating personnel reports;
- creating Regulations, regulations, job instructions and other documents regulating the activities of company employees;
- execution of the manager's orders.
We offer:
- work in the office from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, Sunday - weekends;
- the office is located on Blvd. Vaclav Havela, 4 (from Beresteysk 15 minutes on foot or three stops on the tram);
- rate from 30,000 (discussed at the interview and depends on the professional level of the candidate);
