My name is Oleksiy, I am the head of the HR department of Unique Trade. Our company was founded in 1994, we are engaged in the distribution of auto parts. To date, we have 15 branches in Ukraine, a staff of over 600 employees

Looking for an HR manager

What are the tasks facing the employee:< /strong>

• management of the full cycle of search and recruitment (office vacancies and working staff of the logistics department)
• coordination of new employees (we use a distance learning system, processes are automated)

  • formation of internal and external personnel reserve (participation in personnel certification)
  • monitoring of salary plan
  • participation in HR projects
  • fulfillment of KPI: staff turnover , speed and quality of selection, internal promotion

  Mandatory requirements:

  • knowledge of basic selection methods
  < li> work experience in a logistics company or a retail company will be an advantage
  • systematic approach to work
  • desire to engage not only in recruitment but also active participation in all areas of HR
