Primary responsibility:

• Conducting effective recruitment and selection of personnel together with HRBP, using the most interesting non-standard methods
• Supporting the adaptation program of new employees for quick integration and successful work in the team
• Implementation of strategies for the development of corporate culture aimed at supporting a stimulating work environment
• Participation in personnel assessment activities and potential studies employees
• Setting up the functional and organizational structure in conditions of unformed processes and constant development

Requirements for the candidate:

• Professional work experience of at least 2 years (recruiting is mandatory)
• Knowledge of modern trends in HR management
• Professional moral and business qualities, which will allow balancing between the roles of People Partner and Personnel Evaluation.
