Who are we looking for?
- Energetic and dynamic HR manager with 5 years of work experience.
- Experience of working in a senior position in the role of HR leader from 1-3 years.

- Experience in mass recruitment, especially in call centers or sales departments, would be a significant advantage.
- Skills in developing HR policies and procedures its implementation.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and the ability to use them to evaluate productivity and introduce innovations.
- Active life position, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level of self-organization
ul>Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the process of recruiting and adaptation of personnel.
- Management of the department of recruitment and adaptation of personnel (3-5 employees).
- Improving the efficiency of the department , automation of processes.
- Development and implementation of key metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of HR practices.
- Selection, adaptation for key office positions.
- Development and implementation of innovative methods and approaches in attracting candidates and closing vacancies.
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies.
- Conducting personnel assessment and developing career plans that meet the company's business requirements.
- Conducting analytics, market monitoring labor.
