- Duties:
Recruiting:< ul> - Search and selection of specialists for key positions: SMM specialists, project managers, PPC specialists, screenwriters.
- Development of job descriptions and creation of test tasks.
- Organization full cycle recruitment: from posting vacancies to completion of onboarding.
- Staff development:
- Development and implementation of training programs for the team. li>
- Organization of trainings, workshops and master classes.
- Promoting the improvement of employee qualifications.
- < strong>Optimization HR processes:
- Automation of HR functions (use of Worksection, ATS, etc.).
- Development of a system for evaluating the performance of employees.
- Implementation of metrics for performance monitoring.
- Employee motivation and retention:
- Creation and implementation of motivational programs.
- Regular satisfaction monitoring teams.
- Conducting internal activities to increase engagement.
- HR-brand:
- Development of a strategy for building the company's HR brand.
- Conducting internal and external communications (case studies, articles, social networks).
- HR analytics:
- Preparation of reports on efficiency of recruitment, adaptation and development of employees.
- Identification and elimination of problem areas in the work of the team.
