HR / IT Recruiter in Mirko

The company develops mobile and web applications (JavaScript, PHP and Mobile, including Android and iOS), cloud solutions, offers integrated UX/UI software solutions, provides outsourcing and outstaffing services to companies around the world. We are now looking for an experienced HR / Recruiter. 

Needed skills:

• 1+ year of experience in the position of IT Recruiter / HRG;

• experience and ability to close vacancies of various directions and levels, deep understanding of recruiting and staffing processes;

• excellent communication skills and abilities build relationships with potential candidates;

• English at B2 level;

• experience and knowledge of Human resources (1: 1, onboarding, offboarding, etc.).

It will be a plus:

• deep understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks and languages ​​for recruitment such as Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node) and others;
• experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems;
• knowledge of labor legislation.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Recruiter: the full cycle of recruiting - creating and writing vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, providing feedback, supporting candidates during the entire process, creating offers, filling and maintaining the database, etc. For this, you can define priorities andimprove recruitment channels, processes and strategies;
• HR: maintaining a great atmosphere in the team, participating in onboarding and off-boarding processes, conducting 1:1, planning and conducting trainings for improving the qualifications of employees.
