Eskulab Medical Laboratory is a national network of modern laboratory diagnostics with over 175 biomaterial collection points in the western regions of Ukraine.
We are actively expanding and building a systemic HR function. Therefore, we are looking for a person who will help develop personnel management processes and internal communications in the company.
This role is suitable for those who already have first experience in HR or related roles and want to grow into a strong HR specialist, working next to the HR manager.
What will be in the area of responsibility
Internal communications
preparation of internal messages: greetings, appointments, events, company news
support of regular HR communications for employees
help in forming a culture of open communication
Support of HR processes
coordination of adaptation of new employees
support of individual HR projects (surveys, initiatives for the team, HR analytics)
support of managers in basic HR issues
HR operations
support of HR data and information about employees
help in structuring HR processes
coordination of interaction between recruiting, managers and HR
We need
experience in HR or related roles from 1 year
(HR assistant, recruiter, HR coordinator, office manager with HR functions)
understanding of the employee life cycle in the company
strong communication skills and competent written language
empathy and tact in working with people
responsibility and ability to bring tasks to a result
desire to develop in the field of HR
Will be a plus
HR courses or profile education
experience of internal communications
experience of participation in HR projects
