- Development of "Card maps" for each position of the enterprise, according to the staff list, familiarization of the employee, under the painting, with his map of position
- Developing the provisions of structural units in accordance with the planned organizational structure
- Monitoring the availability of employment contracts
- Preparation of necessary employment contracts
- Developing a registration provision at the enterprise
- Filling, Storage and Accounting of Workers' Labor Books
- Monitoring of appropriate orders on the enterprise, in personal affairs.
- Drawing orders by: personnel, main activity of the enterprise, vacations, business trip
- Organization of personnel accounting in 1C
- Organization of keeping conscripted accounting
- Search, vacancies
- Conducting primary interviews
- Adaptation of new employees
