We are looking for HR

We are an iGaming company with four years of experience in the market. Over the past year, our company has grown three times, which created a need to systematize work, write job descriptions, describe business processes and organizational structure. We strive to reach new heights through our innovative approaches and high standards. Now there are already 2 recruiters in your team.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy , policies and procedures from scratch.
• Systematization of the company's work, creation of job instructions and description of business processes.
• Development of the company's organizational chart.
• Consulting of management and employees on personnel management issues.
• Participation in the development and implementation of motivation and reward programs.
• Monitoring of the labor market and competitive trends.

Requirements:

• 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the gambling or IT industry.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practitioner.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• High level of organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of English from B2.

  We are ready to learn and share experience, but not to micromanage. We want to see a moderate level of independence, self-confidence and initiative in you. 

  It will be great if you have experience building HR processes from scratch.
