    We are now looking for an experienced HRD , . Style: Normal; Font-Weight: 400 "> We want to significantly improve our processes, namely:

    • Personnel selection: enhancement of recruiting function; development of profiles and descriptions of positions, as well as adjust them as needed; hiring planning; sometimes interviews. Monitoring of adaptation efficiency and feedback. assistance in organizing various trainings and training programs; Participation in the construction of units.
    • Motivation and involvement: Working with the motivation system (tangible and intangible) and organization of corporate measures to maintain a positive team atmosphere. support of the company's domestic policies; maintaining HR analytics, reporting on key HR indicators; launching the HR process automation program in the company; Formation of company structure and personnel policy within the company strategy.     • Remote work format with a flexible schedule: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. $.
    • English-is not needed. we work in the US market, but the whole team is in Ukraine. Therefore, for HRBP there are no requirements for knowledge of English. All team communication is in Ukrainian.
