The processes are controlled by a remote team of 70 Ukrainians.
We are now looking for an experienced HRD , . Style: Normal; Font-Weight: 400 "> We want to significantly improve our processes, namely:
- Personnel selection: enhancement of recruiting function; development of profiles and descriptions of positions, as well as adjust them as needed; hiring planning; sometimes interviews. Monitoring of adaptation efficiency and feedback. assistance in organizing various trainings and training programs; Participation in the construction of units.
- Motivation and involvement: Working with the motivation system (tangible and intangible) and organization of corporate measures to maintain a positive team atmosphere. support of the company's domestic policies; maintaining HR analytics, reporting on key HR indicators; launching the HR process automation program in the company; Formation of company structure and personnel policy within the company strategy. - Remote work format with a flexible schedule: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. $.
