Our HRD will:
- form the HR Department and the network organizational structure of the company (300 people);
- organize, systematize and carry out work at all stages of the "employee life cycle": from - search to retirement;
- coordinate work on personnel accounting (there is a personnel manager);
- carrying out measures to improve communication efficiency: building a single information field, collecting feedback, eNPS, preventing conflicts, etc.;
- strengthening and developing corporate culture, organizing corporate vacations, holidays;
- creating and implementing HR strategies;
- working with the current team, analyzing and understanding what "pains" for whom and how it is possible heal;
- develop the employer brand.
Our candidate:
