HR (HR consultant) in EBS

We are looking for an HR consultant (personnel) for outsourcing for our clients (international companies) who speaks English at least at the Pre-intermediate level. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: higher education; experience of working in the HR department for at least 2 years; experience of working in international companies will be a priority; knowledge of personnel administration; excellent knowledge of the regulatory framework (KZpP, Law on vacations, etc.); work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3) will be a priority; knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level. MAIN FUNCTIONAL DUTIES: organization of personnel records for our clients (international companies); providing consultations on labor law issues; interaction with government bodies.
