We, Meat Market Meat Store Network with its own production, which operates for over 15 years on the market and is developing in Ukraine.

In connection with the active development of the network, we invite an experienced HR -head , which will become a driving force for creating effective processes of personnel management, team development and supporting corporate culture. Your key problems:

• Development and implementation of a company's HR strategy to achieve business goals;
• Organization of processes of selection, adaptation and training of staff;
• Implementation of employees' motivation and development programs;
• Corporate culture management and creating a comfortable work environment;
• Working with a personnel reserve: formation, development and support;

• Analysis of the labor market: assessment of the situation in the labor market, adjusting working conditions for workers according to the needs of the company.

Our candidate expectations:

• Work experience: on a guiding HR position (from 5 years);
• Skills : HR processing, politicians and procedures development, work with corporate culture, development and implementation of training programs, ability to implement changes in the company;
• Personal qualities: leadership, sociability, ability to inspire and motivate the team;
• Education: Higher (Personnel Management, Psychology, Economics or Other Responsible).
