Now we are looking for a HR Governance & Audit Partner, which will ensure systematicity, transparency and compliance of HR processes with the company's internal policies, corporate standards and external regulatory requirements, as well as increase the effectiveness of control, risk management and the quality of decision-making in the field of management personnel.
Areas of responsibility:
Personnel foundation
- Full manual audit of all personal files.
- Register of documents.
- Gap detection and ownership & process system
- Description and standardization of HR processes (SOP, regulations, checklists).
- Control points and work rules.
- Regular internal audits.
- Compliance dashboard (% compliance).
- Development of policies and templates.
- Support ?98% compliance.
- Consulting support of People teams.
- Automation and implementation in HRIS/IT.
ISO / Audit / Compliance support certifications and inspections.
- Uchain internal and external audits.
- Closing non-conformities.
- Maintenance of evidence base (records/evidence).
- Constant readiness of HR for inspections 24/7.
Risk management
- Identification of legal and operational risks. inherit; font-weight: 300">Risk management plan.
- Cooperation with Legal and Compliance.
Development in HR OperationsOperations centralization. 300">Increasing the speed and quality of the HR service.Candidate profile:
- 4+ years in HR Governance & HR Operations
- Experience in 500+ companies
- Strong hands-on experience in HR processes
- SOP / standardization experience
- Attention to detail + speed of execution
