Basic responsibilities: 🔹 Personnel management of personnel accounting and support of employees. Preparation of reports and HR analytics for management. Development and updating of domestic politicians In accordance with the requirements of the organization.🔹 Recruitment and adaptation search and selection of staff (vacancies, interviewing, assessment of candidates). Organization of onboarding and adaptation of new employees.🔹 HR processes and corporate culture development and implementation surveys and analysis of the level of employees' satisfaction. Formation of corporate culture and support of the team spirit. . Introduction of new tools to improve team work efficiency. CLACAL REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Experience: 3+ years on HR Manager. Knowledge of the legislation: Labor Law of Ukraine and Personnel Recordment.ley Skills: High level of communication skills, emotional intelligence, analytical and organizational skills.
