The main responsibilities of the HR Generalist will include building HR processes from scratch and working directly with the company owner. Requirements:
- Experience in HR position from 3 years;
- Experience in building HR processes from scratch;
- Sure knowledge of employee life cycle processes;
- Ability to build long-term relationships, tactfully resolve conflict situations;
- Experience in recruiting;
- Developed communication skills and the ability to communicate with people with different experiences;
- High level of emotional intelligence, openness, organization;
- Initiative and responsibility;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the full life cycle of an employee (recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, performance management, offboarding);
- Implementation and support of HR processes and policies;
- Support of corporate culture, internal and external communications;
- Implementation of 1:1 meetings;
- Support of the top team in matters of talent management;
- Active participation in various HR projects;
- Collaboration with managers to identify and resolve issues using best practices to create a positive work environment;
- Increasing the level of involvement and satisfaction with work in the team.
