Right now we are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team to achieve great results together.

What you will do:

• Recruiting and adaptation (onboarding) of employees;
• Coordination of key HR processes (probation period/performance review, l&d, KPIs, assessment, termination);
• Close work with leaders/heads and support in matters related to people management and their involvement;
• Monitoring the time-off process (vacation, sick leave);
• Participation in the development of the HR brand.

What is important for us:

• From one and a half years of work experience in the position of HR Generalist;
• Experience related to arbitration or understanding of the field;
• Availability of practice in recruitment and people management;
• Experience with CRM/ATS systems;
• Ability to work with boolean search/x-ray;
• Desire to implement your ideas and best HR practices into life.

What will be a plus:

• The level of the English language is Intermediate.
