Our partner (iGaming start-up) is looking for the HR Generalist to manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes for company and participate in recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting;
- Upper - intermediate level of English;
- Experience with employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding;
- Expertise in managing peer and performance review processes and career development;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conducting regular 1:1 meetings with employees and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Proficiency in recruitment for various roles within an organization;
- Ability to identify internal needs and requirements for the recruitment team and facilitate processes within the organization;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns effectively;
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes;
