To do this, we are looking for proactive specialists who are ready for business challenges in a new domain for our country. We offer a unique opportunity to take part in the creation of a Ukrainian company that will launch a legal and licensed import of raw materials for medical products. For a successful start, we need an HR Generalist who has deep experience in the selection of professionals and building HR processes from scratch. Your main tasks: Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, development of the company's organizational structure; Development and publication of vacancies together with line managers, conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates; Organization of effective adaptation of personnel in the company; Development and motivation of personnel; Tracking, evaluation and improvement of work productivity in various departments ;Creating a systematic approach to personnel training;Ensuring effective communication and facilitating interaction between different divisions;Forming corporate culture and maintaining team spirit.What we expect from you:Experience of 3+ years of hiring personnel of various qualifications (preferably in the pharm domain);Owning of various methodologies personnel selection; Thorough knowledge of labor legislation; Practical experience in personnel administration; Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch; Experience in using Excel, HR platforms, Google Docs; Organizational, communication and conflict resolution skills.
