What we expect from you:

• Recruiting. Search, selection, attraction and adaptation of new employees at all levels of the company, onboarding and offboarding
• Personnel administration. Creation and maintenance of HR documentation (regulations, instructions, job cards, adaptation cards, business processes)
• Motivation. Development and implementation of a system of motivation and career growth in the company.
• Personnel development. Development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Organization of corporate events. Increasing the level of loyalty and creating a positive image of the company among employees.
• Communication with the team. Conducting regular one2one meetings to receive feedback from team members. Conducting a 360 assessment.
