The purpose of the position: To support business targets by driving the right culture, mindsets, values and behaviors. To ensure effective team working, driving the right goal alignment processes and performance management.
The main responsibilities:
- The full HR cycle processes management on the Plant: recruitment and on-boarding, performance and development management, compensation and benefits.
- Ensure HR documentation flow and military topics management with support of external provider.
- Manage the reservation topic.
- Employee relations management.
- Participate in the HR initiatives and projects.
- Prepare regular reports at the regional and local levels.
The main requirements:
- University degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a role of HR Specialist/Generalist. Previous experience in the international companies will be as advanced. We are open to interview graduates.
- Ukrainian labor legislation knowledge.
- English language – Intermediate.
- Demonstrate positive attitude, enthusiastic, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, high level of responsibilities. Ability to work in the changing environment.
