The ideal candidate will beresponsible for managing awide range ofHR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration. They will bethe go-to person for all HR-related matters , providing guidance and support tomanagers and employees alike. Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process from start tofinish, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate aseamless onboarding process. Lead performance review meetings, one-on-ones, and other career development opportunities. Promote apositive workplace culture byaddressing employee relations issues. Create and maintainHR policies and procedures, ensuring that they align with the agency’s objectives and culture. Maintaining amotivational climate inthe company. Administer employee benefits programs. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Stay up-to-date withHR trends and best practices. Requirements : Proficiency inEnglish (B2-C2). Minimum of2years ofhands-on experience inrecruiting and executive search of IT specialists. Atleast 2years ofexperience inHR, preferably inIT ormarketing company. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability tobuild and maintain relationships. Creative thinking and the ability tocraft campaigns toattract talent. Networking skills and apassion for building fruitful relationships. Proficiency insourcing relevant resources and placements, with asolid understanding ofHR principles. Would beaplus: Experience inemployer branding and CRM/ATS systems.
