What we expect from you:
✔️ At least 3 years of work experience in ensuring the full cycle of personnel management - from participation in the creation of a Hiring Plan to off-boarding , both in technical and non-technical directions.
✔️ Confident command of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
✔️ Excellent skills in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and managing all stages of the recruitment process.
✔️ Ability to work effectively with teams, assess their needs and promote the professional growth of each team member.
✔️ Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and motivation programs.
Main tasks:
✔️ Analyze personnel needs and formulate requirements for new employees.
✔️ Develop and update job profiles, as well as maintain HR documentation.
✔️ Recruit candidates, conduct interviews and assess their skills.
✔️ Organize and control the onboarding process, promote the development and adaptation of new employees.
✔️ Conduct regular performance evaluations, develop and motivate teams.
✔️ Participate in the implementation of HR processes and maintain a positive corporate culture
