You will act as the cornerstone between our strategic vision and effective personnel management, fostering a culture where ownership and talent cultivation are revered.Immediate Priorities (Next 3 Months):Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for medical staff across our research clinics in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, and Zhytomyr, dedicating up to 50% of your time to this crucial initiative.Invest 25% of your efforts in overhauling our HR records, ensuring efficiency and compliance.Allocate the remaining 25% to the enhancement and refinement of our personnel management systems, setting the stage for scalable growth.You will thrive in this role if you: Have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives.Are a talent acquisition pro with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle (from job posting to onboarding).Are passionate about employee relations and fostering a culture of engagement.
