We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist who can build an HR system - from basic, urgent processes to more complex and mature HR practices. This is a role for an HR specialist who wants to apply his expertise where every decision has real meaning - bringing Ukraine closer to victory.
What tasks (responsibilities)? 400">Adaptation:
- Organization of the onboarding process of new employees (introduction to the position, familiarization with the company culture, creating together with the manager plans for the trial period).
- Monitoring the process of adaptation and feedback from newcomers and their managers.
Motivation:
- Implementation of material and non-material motivation system.
- Analysis of employee motivation factors through regular surveys (eNPS, etc.).
Internal communications:
- Maintaining transparency of information flows between the team and management. Interaction with management to develop joint management decisions.
- Support of online/offline spaces for communication.
Evaluation and development:
- Participation in KPI development and performance review, 1:1.
- Organization of educational events (webinars, courses, internal workshops).
- Tracking of career progress of employees and assistance in development planning.
Recruiting:
- Organization of personnel selection: interaction with recruiting agencies, referral programs, independent search as needed.
- Support and development of the employer brand in professional communities.
- Formation of personnel reserve.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager / HRBP from 5 years, preferably in IT/ gamedev, miltech or production with a modern HR approach.
- Knowledge of modern methods of creating programs for motivation, evaluation and personnel development.
- Experience in the selection of specialists. Knowledge of channels and search tools, interviewing skills using different methods.
