We are currently looking for HR-generalist.

The job of HR-generalist will suit you if:

• You have productive work experience as a single HR in a company with a staff of 45 or more.
• You have been engaged in personnel management in full volume.
• You have experience working with vacancies for office and warehouse staff.
• You have conducted telephone and in-person interviews and can assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates during an interview.
• You have supervised new employee orientation programs.
• You have developed and implemented training and development programs employees.
• You have organized corporate events.
• You are constantly learning, growing as a specialist and are ready to participate in all company processes related to personnel management.

RESULT we expect from our HR-generalist:

• Selection of personnel (placement of vacancies, selection of resumes, conducting interviews, negotiation of offers)
• Organization of the full onboarding cycle of new employees: preparation of the workplace, welcome meetings, monitoring of the trial period
• Support of the off-boarding process: preparation of documents, coordination of transfer duties and others
• Conducting 1-to-1 meetings, surveys
• Management of personnel records (admissions, transfers, dismissals, orders, leave changes and approval of the staff list) in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
• Creation of team spirit through team building and corporate events
• Development and creation of organizational structure of the company

• The financial reward depends on your professionalism. The salary is discussed at the interview with each candidate. You will work in a regular schedule from 09:00 to 18:00 (5 days a week). We will provide a corporate computer and mobile communication. Work in a comfortable office. Our office is located at ul. Shcherbakivskogo, 45A.
