ul>We are looking for a HR Generalist who can create, standardize and implement all processes related to with personnel management, as well as organize effective recruiting to attract the best specialists to our team.
What will be included in your duties?
- Development, updating and documentation of HR processes:
- Creation of job instructions, checklists and regulations.
- Audit and improvement of existing procedures (adaptation, motivation, development, personnel evaluation).
- Formation of standards of work with personnel in all areas of HR.
2. Recruiting:
- Organization of the full recruitment cycle: from the creation of a vacancy to the successful employment of a candidate.
- Compilation of job profiles in cooperation with department heads.
- Conducting telephone and personal interviews.
3. Support of a single information field:
- Development of internal documentation that ensures transparency of processes.
- Maintenance of knowledge base for the team (guides, presentations, instructions).
- Work with corporate channels communications to disseminate information.
4. Management of adaptation and training processes:
- Organization of introductory meetings and support of newcomers.
- Setting tasks for mentors and monitoring their implementation.
- Creation of training programs and development of employees' competencies.

5. Staff evaluation and development:
- Implementation of performance management tools.
- Conducting certifications and feedback.
- Development of development maps for employees.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in the position of HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner (from 2 years).
- Knowledge of methodologies for creating and managing business processes.
< li>Skills for working with documents: drawing up regulations, instructions, checklists.- Analytical thinking and the ability to optimize processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HRM systems.
- Proactivity, responsibility and the ability to work in a team.
